Civil Wise was set up by two lifelong friends, Des Cullen & Paul O'Dwyer.

We grew up in Ireland and started in the construction industry straight from school. We grew our knowledge from working for various large companies building a variety of projects ranging from major motorway projects, bridge projects, train depots, shopping centres and the list goes on. We then moved to the Cambridgeshire area and  opened up a plant hire company. Subsequently an opportunity came around to move into civil engineering and Civil Wise was born.

Ever since opening we have been committed to our clients unique project needs and achieving their utmost satisfaction with our work.

We use a comprehensive approach in order to provide a wide range of services for the projects we’re involved with and always work with our clients on cost & programme.
